The room was dirty, the coffee machine did not work, the soap and lotion pumps were empty, there was no iron, the staff did not care, the food was blah, and there were absolutely no amenities. This hotel is a great disappointment.

Eurostars Al-Ándalus Palace
Absolutely amazing breakfast selection. We loved eating there. So many options and fresh food. The room was lovely, staff are helpful and the outside area was also stunning. Only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, we had to request it twice before they gave us one.
