"All staff we dealt with were excellent, informative and very friendly. Our room was well equipped on 9th floor, very quiet and with very comfy bed . Breakfast buffet was always very good and food of high quality . If anything , digital info screens in lift were either out of date or don’t work, eg weather for March displayed , no floor number and the audible alert to floors was so so quiet we only noticed lifts had one on our 2nd last day - had been there a week! "This place has an absolutely perfect location, especially considering how reasonable the price was. We actually had one of the best sleeps there.
