"The breakfast was very good and served at the table by very pleasant waitress. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and they took care of luggage until we left several hours after checking out . We did have a drink on the terrace bar which also was very well attended just ring the bell. The WiFi signal for the hotel internet was also strong . Overall the ambiance was extremely relaxing. Thanks for a great stay"

"We were driving in during a massive housing protest. There was just no way to get in there with the car. Police weren't allowing it. It was unbelievably stressful.
The valet had to go out on foot 4-5 blocks away to find my boyfriend in the car, and we didn't even know where he was exactly when GPS wasn't working well.
They are above and beyond here.
Property was all exactly as (beautifully) advertised as well."

"Definitely would stay here again. Clean, small boutique-type hotel in excellent old town Seville location. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful with questions and tips. Due to travel delays we arrived at 2am and the night desk fellow (Daniel) was waiting for us. Our room was clean with comfortable mattress. Highly recommend!"

"Here's the final version:

**A gem in the heart of Seville**
We had a wonderful stay at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés. Everything was great — the room, the location, the spa — and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
It's a quiet, elegant boutique hotel with beautiful architecture, and the historic building itself is part of the experience. The location couldn't be better, right on the edge of the Santa Cruz quarter, surrounded by lots of restaurants — and all the major...
