Leider fehlte in diesem Hotel eine Rezeption. Wir hatte keine Ansprechperson wo uns weiter helfen konnte wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es war auch von aussen nicht zu erkennen das es ein Hotel war. Mit Glück haben wir in der Seitenstrasse eine Tür gefunden welche der Eingang war. Dort wartete eine Person welche uns Zimmerschlüssel in die Hand gab und nachher sahen wir niemanden mehr. Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer sauber, aber der rest stimmte leider nicht mehr.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel même s'il se présente comme tel tout le service de réception est dématerialisé via un prestataire externe. Il n'y donc jamais personne et il manque donc tout les services adossés comme la garde des valises le jours du départ. Par ailleurs la chambre manquait cruellement de rangements et les portes de séparation entre les chambres pouvant communiquer sont beaucoup trop mal isolées. En fait je voulais un hôtel mais j'ai eu un appartement :(

Mükemmel

İlk başta yerini bulmak biraz zor oldu. Restoranın içinden geçiş ve restoran kapalı olduğu zamanlar için de ayrı bir kapı vardı. Yorumlarda restorandan gelen seslerden rahatsız ıldupunu söyleyenler görmüştüm. Ben bunu yaşamadım. Hem odam 2. Kattaydı hem de restoran zaten genelde kapalıydı. Tesisin yeri muhteşemdi. Katedrale 2 dk yürüme mesafesi. Diğer gezilecek yerlere de çok yakındı. Her yere yürüyerek gidebildim. Çoğu yere yakın olduğu için de bir kaç kez gün içinde odaya uğrayıp biraz dinlenme fırsatım oldu. Bence Sevillada kalınacak en mantıklı bölge burasıydı. Odam küçük ama tek kişi için gayet yeterliydi ve temizdi. Yine gitsem orda kalabilirim.

Excellent location. Great that heat was available as the evenings were chilly. Was out with others so only used the room to sleep.

Struttura centralissima, cortesia e gentilezza dello staff. Pulizia buona. A suo sfavore: finestra che affaccia su un cortile interno del palazzo dove c'è il ristorante, poco insonorizzata e materassi singoli poco comodi nonostante la richiesta del matrimoniale! Nel complesso ok per restare in centro citta rispetto al prezzo.

We stayed here one night due to a reservation error. Now I wish we stayed here the rest of our stay in Seville. The hotel is modern, with plush towels, AC, nice bathroom, fragrant body wash/shampoo, white sheets, blackout drapes, and most importantly, it has a lift! No need to haul our carry-ons on several steep flight of stairs. The hotel is walking distance to La Giralda, Real Alcázar, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Se publicitan como hotel cuando no cumplen con los requisitos para serlo. No tienen recepción ni servicio. Son cuatro habitaciones encima de un restaurante. Tampoco tienen método de pago en el alojamiento, por lo que lo de pagar al llegar es una mentira. Además intentaron acortar el tiempo de cancelación gratuita. La acogida a la llegada fue un desastre, ni siquiera hicieron checking. Mala relación precio calidad. Las habitaciones limpias y correctas, pero nada más. Lo mejor, la ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad.

Delusione sulla camera, ottima la posizione

La camera assegnataci non era quella scelta in selezione di acquisto, piccolissima, buia, cattivo odore di fogne, non riordinato per 3 giorni. Assolutamente non consona alla cifra spesa.

It is located centrally in the heart of Seville. There is a rooftop deck with gorgeous views of the Cathedral. Rooms were clean but never made up. Great cafe across the street for coffee, fresh orange juice and delicious breakfast. We had the penthouse suite which was perfect for our group of three.

GOOD : 1. Easy to get places. Hotel's position is very good. 2. When I put a card to indicate cleanup, my room changes like new one. BAD : 1. Noisy. Crowd and traffic noise until midnight. 2. No amenity. Dont bring your hand soap. Its only one you can find in your room.

Overpriced and they faked the pictures/were outdated. They didn’t clean the room for 3 days during my experience there as it was understaffed. Not enough towels and toilet paper for a family of 4 in the bathroom.
