めちゃくちゃなホテルでした。
ホテル カテドラルと名前が変わっていた、受付時間が9:00〜14:00となっていて、予約を8ヶ月前にやった時、入り方のメールが入っていた。その時見逃したか、忘れたこともあり、場所を探す事と、入り方がその時のメールの様になってなく、近くのホテルの男性の手伝いで1時間以上かかってやっと部屋に入れた。 せめて直前に確認のメールぐらいあっても良いし、食事付きとなっていたのに無かったし、確認のメールを入れても返信がないし、謝りも無し。いくら安くてロケーションが良くても、酷かった。

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in Spain. This so-called hotel closes their reception and leaves no information about your room or access to it. It's not really a hotel; it's an old hostel that has been falsely rebranded as a 'boutique hotel'. A joke. If you want to contact them if the reception is closed, forget it: no-one answers the phone and no mobile phone details are left in case of emergencies. I pity those who book a room above the ground floor as the lift doesn't work! An absolute disgrace in every sense. Avoid.

Posizione centralissima, stanze piccole, ma comode e pulite. Dal bagno veniva un po’ di puzza di umidità, ma bastava chiudere la porta. Nelle stanze sulla strada, si sentono i rumori dei cavalli che girano fin dalla prima mattina, ma tutto sommato, visto prezzo e posizione, da consigliare.

Não recomendo
Box do banheiro deixava vazar toda a água do banho e banheiro fica encharcado durante toda a hospedagem. Fui reclamar na recepção e a solução que me deram foi usar uma toalha embaixo da porta do Box pra segurar a água. Não me deram toalha extra pra fazer isso e não adiantou absolutamente nada. Tive que ficar abaixada no chão enxugando o piso várias vezes. Absurdo! O local é bom, mas se for de carro, vai ter que carregar muitas malas por várias ruas, pq só tem estacionamento longe. E se quiser descansar, esquece também. Pois as carroças pros passeios começam a passar em frente à janela antes das 6h e vão até 20, 21h. Não tem café da manhã (isso eu já sabia), mas não deixam nada de cortesia para os hóspedes, além de não ter ninguém na recepção à noite. O quarto não tinha aquecedor. Eu não voltaria.

Muy lindo; cuidado con no perder la lleve.
El lugar es muy lindo; y las camas muy cómodas a juzgar por los minutos que la probé. El tema es que al no tener nadie en la recepción en toda la noche y desde las 9:00 pm; si puede ser un gran problema. Nosotras perdimos la llave y al no haber ni un número de emergencia; tuvimos que dormir en otro hotel. Y si tan solo la recepcionista hubiera ofrecido una llave extra, pero no lo hizo y tampoco hay nadie que auxilie en una emergencia. La recepción es medianamente amable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Leider ist es sehr hellhörig im Hotel. Die Türen sind schwer zu öffnen. Es gibt so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer und es hat zum Teil sehr stark nach Kanalisation gerochen. Schade.

You can find a better place for less money.
This was my third hotel on this trip, the most expensive and also the most disappointing one. I'll start with the good: the location is great. Quiet street and right next to Alcazar. Also, the TV has English channels on it. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about it: the room is tiny, one of the towels in the bathroom was clearly used (could tell from the texture of it) and had stains on it. The gray bedspreads had graysh oil stains on it and I wasn't sure they were washed. I could hear neighbor showering and snoring in the next room. The bath cabin door didn't close and the bathroom flooded, so I only showered once. Water didn't drain properly and the room was smelling like a sewage the entire time. Airco kept blowing cold air even after I switched it off and my son's bed didn't have a blanket on, only a bedsheet, I had to ask for it the next day. Single bed had double bed sheets and blankets covers on it because they didn't bother to buy a single one, so after 1 hour of sleeping on it, it became a total mess. What else....oh, yes. We arrived very late at night and wanted to rest in the morning ( I travelled with 2 kids). So, after the room service came to knock on our door, I told them we didn't need it. Soon he came and ask me to go down to check -in. A few minutes later somebody from the reception came to ask the same thing. We booked for 2 nights so I don't get what was the rush. Price- over 100$ a night. You can get a better deal!

Amazing stay
I couldn't thank them enough for the wonderful stay we had at this hotel. Special mention to Virginia who was very helpful and accomodating. We had a room were the roof top was and it was amazing. After our a long day wandering around town you can just sit and relax at the rooftop.The location is superb as its right next to the Alcazar. I can highly recommend this hotel. I am definitely coming back and stay at this hotel
