Room was very clean and the staff were lovely, breakfast was a little disappointing, it was served in their sister hotel and things weren't restocked or kept warm very well.

Hotel was in the perfect location albeit a bit loud as there were walking tours during the day. I would recommend staying here as the location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable with working air con. I checked in after midnight and had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Staff were super helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

Great location near Alcatraz and cathedral. Spotless room with a balcony to the pretty square. Staff were extremely friendly and friendly. Good value for the location. Decent buffet breakfast in their sister hotel a few metres away.

Check in receptionist was very engaging and friendly, felt very welcome. The breakfast was a little disappointing if I'm being honest; however the big win was the central location within the historic quarter of the city. Great value and we would definitely recommend for a friend keen to visit Seville.

The staff was very engaged and knowledgeable providing lively conversation and content. The location is quiet but within five minutes of the Palace and Cathedral. Our room was comfortable and included a large private deck overlooking the square and city view. The only lacking pieces was the light coffee service and perhaps the room could be refreshed a bit. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants as well as calling our taxi to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Already planning our next trip back!

I loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect, right near the palace. Although, you had to walk about 5 mins in order to call a taxi, which is normal in this walkable city. Everyone working at the hotel was very attentive and kind! Breakfast was decent, around the corner of the hotel. AC also worked well, which is rare in Europe and great in the 100 degree weather we were in. A couple of little things, is that the patio was not that well kept and a little dusty and hotel lobby fragrance was too strong. Also, shower pressure was very weak in our room, even when they checked and said it was ok (maybe specific room bc I see other reviews saying the same thing?) If you want a perfect location and nice view from the terrace, stay here!

Brilliant location in the Santa Cruz quarter and lots of bars and restaurants nearby - as well as the major tourist attractions. Rating is slightly lower as there was no hot water for the first night of our stay - which wasn't their fault - but also a slight smell in the room we had. We think it may have come from the bathroom, but unsure. The room itself was lovely and modern and comfy and the staff at reception were excellent. We spoke with a few different people who were so helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed this room. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral as well as restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff was very helpful! It is located in a courtyard so you cannot be dropped off at your door (you have to walk a little bit to an accessible street…not a problem for us but maybe for some). The air conditioning unit in our room emitted a very musty smell that we could not tolerate and do had to leave it off. Not a big deal since we visited in November but it would be a big deal in a different month!

This hotel is in a great local just a stone’s throw from Seville Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The room was clean and presentable. The patio outside my room could have used some cleaning though. The leaves on the plants were brown and it didn’t look like it had been swept for some time- I couldn’t spend any time on the patio sipping my morning coffee. The safe did not work in my room and although I had asked someone to look into it they forgot. The staff was friendly and helpful both at Boutique Elvira and their sister hotel HALO where you go to eat. Boutique Elvira isn’t open 24hrs but HALO is so if you run into any problems after 10pm go to HALO if you need assistance. The breakfast was amazing. So many different things to choose from. I enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and there was Brut there to make a mimosa if you wanted to. If you want to be near the main sites of historic Seville this hotel is a good option. Be mindful that Uber can only drop you off in one of the plazas nearby though as cars cannot drive down some of the narrower corridors. No problem as it is a 4-5 min walk from those plazas to the hotel. There are many shops around for souvenirs and there are lots of places to eat within 5-15 mins walking depending on what you want to eat. Be prepared to wait for a table on Friday and Saturday nights because this city never sleeps. All friendly people though. You will enjoy your time in Seville for sure.

Good location, budget room

Good location, and friendly staff. You have to check in at a nearby sister hotel which is a bit confusing but not the end of the world. The room itself was disappointing. The bed felt like it was about to break, wobbly legs which squeaked and wobbled every time we moved overnight. The patio door wasn’t lockable so we didn’t feel very safe. Also there wasn’t a soap dish so the cleaning staff obviously felt compelled to change the bar of soap daily- which seemed like a bit of a waste.

The Elvira is a boutique hotel in a GREAT location and the staff is very friendly. One of the reasons it’s not a five star is due to the check in process. When we arrived, the young man at the desk said it was his first day and he needed to call his manager from the sister hotel. The mgr came and spoke to him and left. We were not offered a complementary drink on arrival although it was displayed on the counter. The young man had to keep calling the manager to come back and our check in took well over an hour with us filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. This young man was very kind and we were patient but we felt the manager should have checked us in with his new employee and not just leave him on his own with his first client.

The location and the hotel was very nice. We were very disappointed concerning our arrival because only internships were present to welcome us. They was very hesitant and same for our check-out only an internship was present and completely lost. The Internship Nathan was very helpful and very kind. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. It was not be checked before our arrival so, a lot of dust and hair on the ground and on the TV remote was half working and dust on the surface. When we enter in the room, it smelled very bad like humidity from the bedroom. the diffuser of perfume was completely empty. The painting on the wall can be refresh as well. Concerning the breakfast, it was not so bad but the croissants was dry, the peach juice was sparkling, it cannot be and the orange juice was very fade. It was my first and last time in this hotel.

We really loved our stay here! It was right in the heart of Old Town Seville, and everything was within walking distance. Beatriz was so accommodating, friendly, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Our room was wonderful; perfect for a couple based on its size, and was always clean.
