We loved the vintage and classical look on arrival at the hotel in the lobby area and the whole interior of the hotel was great. Our room was spacious and we loved the look of our decor. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good and powerful with nice toileteries provided. Location was really excellent with just a short walk to lots of the sights we wanted to visit.

The location of the hotel is excellent, walkable to the cathedral and the royal alcazar. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room has lots of space and the bathroom is newly renovated. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and the staff were amazing and very helpful. I returned after the check out to charge my phone as the additional battery died and also used the facility to rest and cool down in a very hot day. Staff didn’t mind that. We also left our luggage until evening. They helped book a taxi to pick us to the airport. As for the hotel setting was very interesting and so much of antique and art decors. The room was very good size and comfortable. We did not need it until we come in to sleep.
