I love this hotel. The location is perfect and very close to restaurants, bars, the city centre and the Alameda Square, but still on a side street which makes it very quiet. I stayed in one of the Suites, and it was a beautiful and very spacious room with high ceilings. This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back. The staff is helpful and very nice.

We were allocated a courtyard room which had a small high level window resulting in the room feeling damp due to the Aircon. As such towels did not dry and for privacy, curtains had to remain closed as outside footpath allowed passersby to look in

Paula on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location convenient for walking everywhere with a square 2 mins up the road. Nice decor. Be good if there was drinks service at the pool…but at least it has a pool.

Great hotel

Absolutely wonderful. I would stay again. Great service, spacious room. Only complaint is that there were no usb charging points which I am now used to being a standard in hotels but otherwise the room was well equipped and I could buy a charging plug from a nearby shop. I’d stay here again if I were in Seville. It’s not clear from hotels.com so do check the hotel website to see if the pool is open. I was disappointed it had closed for winter, as I booked a place with an outdoor pool on purpose

Hotel was ok, It was quiet and bed was comfy. Carpet was worn and stained. Room was a bit small and upgrades were not available. I did not like the shower fixture. Air conditioner worked great.

The staff were excellent and helpful. We had a terrace room much was nice, but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it! Rained all four days. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly and there were a few minor issues that needed attention. Things such as a dripping sound from behind the toilet, cracks around the shower, room needed hoovering and the lift wasn’t working, but these were minor in the scheme of things. Just small improvements would improve the whole look of the hotel. Excellent location and communal area/dining area was really lovely. Would stay again.

A very pleasant real Sevillan experience

The hotel is a beautifully renovated authentic building that perfectly fits the Sevilla athmosphere. It is in a rather quiet street but a few steps away from the liveliness of the bohemian Feria neighborhood. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a nice choice of sweet and savory. Sufficient options for vegans. Rooms are on the small side but in perfect shape and cosy. Sanitary is flawless. The hairdryer is really good and modern. There is a small toothbrush if you missed it. We struggled a bit with the airco; the lowest setting was a bit to intense for the night but without it is was to warm. Window open not an option because of street noises. There is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room, which we found disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and we would certainly come again.
