"Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns."

"We were in Albany for a concert and booked the Country Inn and Suites due to our usual hotel being booked. I have zero negative things to say about this property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and maintained, very clean. Our room was great! And best of all, no hallway noise (at least for us)!
I know if I find myself back in Albany and need a hotel, it will be this one vice the usual one we stay in."

"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"I took the room as a more affordable option than my usual Marriott stays. I prefer the brand consistency, so this was an exception for me.
