The rooms were pretty clean , well kept and tidy. Staff was friendly and attend to our needs. However we got 2 rooms ,one of the room was freezing cold we tried turning the heat on but thermostat was not working, so we had to sleeping In the freezing cold. The staff did offer to have us move to another room but it was too late in the night .

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Schenectady. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms were not well kept … my bed literally had dog hairs and had bed bugs ..literally had about 16 -18 bed bug bites on my legs and arm… terrible customer service on the checkout !!

The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The water view was very relaxing. They had a variety of food for breakfast, which made you feel like you were in an all inclusive resort. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I like the staff but the hotel was my worst experience because of bedbugs and no one care when you ask to speak to the manager he was not there to see and never call or anything

Everyone, especially the folks at the front desk and the hotel restaurant were beyond fabulous. Everybody was wonderful our waiter on Wednesday night held down that place like a pro. He was so attentive in giving and kind and excellent employee. The front desk gentleman was fabulous. Great job hiring folks.

Place was nice, 17 bucks for breakfast was crazy. Plug in our room on the lamp didn't work and that was a problem as we couldn't use our C- pap machines. Other than that it was a nice stay

The hotel is unkept, the lobby, the elevators are dirty. The elevators look like they’ve never been cleaned. We checked into our room the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There were dental flossers still on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. They moved us across the hall and the new room had someone’s hair all over the pillow cases. The room smelled old and musty.
