"Breakfast. Not much else to praise. For a hotel that is supposed to be in the above average it misses most our expectations. Worst complaint was the toilet. It was of the way old style that was difficult for a couple of 82 years oldsters to get down to and rising was no easy task. It would be great for wee folk but not for members of elders nor anyone with physical problems. And funniest thing we encountered was driving by without seeing a sign indicating that we arrived. "Was a good one night stay. The bed was comfy..Walls are a little thinner..I could hear people in the room over talking but nothing you can really control on the hotels side of it. I would stay again."

"The property was under construction. We were able to get a room that had just been renovated. Things in the room were incomplete and looked rushed. Wish I had known the building was under construction. I would have chosen something else."

"The bed was great and the room was clean! The one thing we didn’t appreciate was that housekeeping knocked and opened the door while we were sleeping. Then, we happened to see it happen to the people across the hall as well. Other than that, it was a great stay. The cookies were an awesome touch!"

"When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean."

The outside of the property, pool area and furniture needs work and be updated. Just to clarify what needs to happen with the outside areas- the front of the building had the only outdoor seating available with benches or seating you didn’t have to bring out yourself. It was the smoking section, so there were smokers out and some left cigarettes ashes...

"This hotel seems to be very dated and not well maintained. Air-conditioning worked great in the room. Mattress has stains. Bathroom was in bad repair. Breakfast was OK, but very little to eat so do not plan on getting much. Price for the night was very reasonable, which is why I guess you get what you pay for."

"I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!"

"There’s an old saying about a horse. “She was rode hard and put up wet!” That pretty much describes the condition of this property. It is used hard and truly is in need of updating. I have stayed in a Red Roof Hotel that was better maintained. The price for the room does not reflect the condition."
