"The lobby air condtioning was broken. They had a fan in lobby. The pool was very cold and cloudy and floor very slippery. No towels by pool My daughter in law was food poisoned by wings from the kitchen. She was so ill we missed our ferry and lost $100 not taking then we had to drive home When the bill came we were charged twice for a dog and when called desk they were rude and didn’t apologize"

"From the minute I checked in I knew this hotel was well run. Stephanie L. showed such interest in the reason for my stay. She was marvelous with her positive, supportive energy. The room was as clean as I have ever seen. You could hear your neighbors in the rooms close by but that’s always the case. If you do not want to hear dogs, DO NOT stay here. They are a pet friendly hotel. The only negative…. Please make certain the toilets are not gurgling non stop. I didn’t say anything until checkout...

"The front desk staff member charged my card the full amount when I paid through Expedia and said they would "fix" it, they never did. The room was musty smelling, it had a wet mothball smell in the closet and I couldn't hang my clothing, and the carpet felt damp wherever you walked. There is mold in this room because I couldn't breathe well. There is no proper vent in the bathroom and no conditioner in the bathroom shower container- it definitely wasn't checked by housekeeping prior to arrival....

"I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. My room was not cleaned, and the used amenities were never replenished. There was no fresh coffee provided, and no bottled water or drinking water was left to make coffee. I expected basic housekeeping and restocking of amenities each day, but this did not happen. This lack of attention made my stay much less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping service for future guests."

"The location is excellent and conveniently close to everything. The hotel is very clean, although it could benefit from some updates and renovations. Unfortunately, the area immediately surrounding the hotel isn’t very attractive, which takes away from the beauty of the city. The city itself is charming, with the feel of an old, beautiful European town full of character and history. Despite the surroundings of the hotel, I had a pleasant stay thanks to its cleanliness and excellent location."

"I’ll start with the positives…Mattress was very comfortable! There is a wonderful indoor and outdoor pool with an athletic club that has a jacuzzi and sauna along with gym and ping pong table. Also, a restaurant/ bar with Pac-Man, jukebox, huge screen projector and a pool table and if you want snacks, they have a small kiosk in the lobby.
