"⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. I asked a housekeeper to clean our room while my grandson and I were out. She said she would, but when we returned around...

"This is a very old motel. They have people living in this motel on a weekly basis. First morning I watched a couple verbally attack each other.. right outside our room. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people. No phones in these rooms. You have to call the motel for service It had a mildew smell -and lobby ceiling was leaking right at the entrance for the breakfast. It’s not in walking distance to the beach. I would not recommend for families at all."

"Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...
