"It’s a nice hotel with friendly and supporting staff. It’s a bit old and some renovation would help especially with the smell of stagnant humid air in the room. Other than that we didn’t use any amenities and just rested there between the sightseeing trips. "

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Firstly the location is one of a kind with direct close view of the Taj. Second the hotel is magnificent. Lastly, they take the idea of service to a whole different level. My son said that he wanted to record a guitar song on social media - later our personal concierge, unbidden, brought him a capo and guitar strings. Finally they insisted that we tag them so they could post on their site. Wow."

It was very clean and had lots of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the space was great, it's location was also decent as only about a 20 minute drive to the Taj Mahal. I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to visiting the Taj Mahal so it was perfect for me. "This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. it’s more like a 1 or 2-star property. My wife did not feel safe during our entire stay, and I’m honestly glad we only stayed one night. The whole hotel needs major renovations. Pictures look nice but don’t be fooled!! This is similar in price to other actual 4-5 stars in the area. Do not stay here if you’re looking for nice and or safe. The staff at the front desk also tried to overcharge us for Taj Mahal tickets by asking to buy 3 tickets when we needed...

"Excellent location; close to the east gate of Taj Mahal. The room was big and spacious. However, it is very old and dated. The staff are generally very nice and polite. But they did not clean our room. The towels are very old and hard. Overall OK hotel for one or two nights."
