"the staff were really sweet & helpful!! comfortable and spacious rooms"

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. "Nice place to stay"

"Staff was very helpful, breakfast was great with a good choice of both Asian and European food, amazing location, quite but central. Will stay here again."

"Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this."
