Hotel Keluarga di Shanghai

"Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai."

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. "Great experience of my stay"

"Nice place to stay"

"Location was good but room is old and Air condition is not working. For the price it paid over price."

"Nice staff! Great location, just a 1-minute walk from Nanjing Pedestrian Road, one of the main vibrant tourist areas. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. As it’s in an old building, you have to use the stairs to then get the (small) elevator. It's a challenge if you have luggage, but the staff is very helpful with that too. A happy stay."

"Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this."
