"A+++ for this resort. The resort and the rooms are gorgeous-newly renovated. The staff made every effort to make you feel welcome. The buffet was OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend getting both breakfast and dinner included. They offer excursions but the coral preservation in front of the resort is stunning! We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, the room had visible mold and serious cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with greasy shower walls that had clearly not been properly cleaned. These conditions raised immediate health concerns. I reported the issue to the hotel, and a staff member was sent to address it. They attempted to clean the mold along the edges of the tub using a toilet brush and advised that it was not mold. However, the issue was not properly resolved, and the condition remained concerning. I was then offered another room, but that room also had visible mold, which I showed to the staff member at the time. This made it clear that the problem was not isolated and that the property was unable to provide a clean or safe alternative. Given these conditions, I had no reasonable choice but to leave the hotel and book another stay at my own expense. This experience reflects serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. I strongly recommend that these concerns be addressed before accepting future guests."

"The property itself was great. Huge area, multiple pools and restaurants, loads of activities and a great beach ! The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful especially the lifeguards. They accommodated our request to move rooms as well so that we could be closer to the main building. Would definitely recommend "

"We asked to be as close as possible to the reception and got a room that was at the very end of the resort, which required at least 15 minute walk every time we wanted to dine or use the amenities. The toilet was leaking, and a strong sewage smell was in the room. We had to go to the reception 3 times because our keys got deactivated over and over again. Talking with the manager brought no results at all besides saying sorry. It was overall very disappointing. "
