"By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in…. Floors were not swept vacuumed or mopped. There was dirt, food and animal hair everywhere. The sheets were stained. Underneath the beds were not cleaned. The refrigerator was not cleaned. There was a hamburger bun on the floor beside the refrigerator. The door had been previously pryed open leaving a gap that you could see in and out of the room. There was an awful odor in the hallway. There was not an operating exhaust fan in the bathroom leaving...

"The rooms were overbooked.i reserved my room two weeks ago for check in after 3 with my grandchild when I finally arrived there was no room and 3 other sets of people waiting for reserved rooms in front of us it was late my grandchild was restless and we had over a two hours wait.
But mgmt was as devasted as we were and kept apologizing. It was not there fault the shift before gave up our reserved rooms. Ms Cher and her assistance did all they can to accommodate us. I would like a full refund"
