"I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. "Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk.
The room was spacious and the tv was big, we brought our own Roku so I’m not sure how it works also nice deep tub.
They have daily house keeping which you don’t see often anymore.
