"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. "Walked into the door and BAM! Husband and started having breathing problems. My face started swelling and itching I have barely non existent allergies and previous history of asthma. It smelled so bad and perfume and scented cleaners.
Walked into the unit. Dirty all over the inside of the front door. It’s literally a room with a bed. There is NO bathroom door. Just a weird plastic half door. Soap bubbling at the bottom of the sink. Mold on the baseboards.
Had to relocate immediately in order...

"I had a very bad experience with the front desk. The check-in staff was fine but the evening staff in the morning staff especially the evening person. Erica was very cold and she gave me a very cold eye and felt like she was bothered. Maybe she was. she was tired and then the morning guy person there too was not making eye contact super cold. I think in service industry. A very warm appearance is an helpful attitude is a must.. I would charge a few more dollars to get a real Nespresso machine...

"I was put in Room 115 first floor. The other rooms have to be out of this world better because I cant wrap my mind on how this is a 4 star hotel.
The parking lot is compact! If you drive f-150s or anything of that sort, good luck. I stayed on a weekday so everyone had plenty of room.
The room itself was "clean" as in tidy but I had to go in with 3 alcohol wipes, there was black stuff left on the bathroom light switch and in general everything just needed a good wipe down.

"We had to come here last minute because of a canceled flight. It was a long day but thankfully The Westin alleviated some of the stress. Pickup from the airport was easy no reservations necessary. The shuttle comes by every 15 minutes. The beds were comfty and the rooms quiet. If you need to kill time you can walk along the water and watch the planes touch down and take off air walk to the town of Millbrae and get some steps in. It was a nice stay!"
