"The layout of the room is terrible. AC is up against a bed that prevents any air flow for the rest of the room. Hotel needs huge updates all around. Breakfast good. Staff nice enough but very bare minimum, not welcoming. Roach met us at the door, no fresh water in the lobby and the smallest marketplace offering we have seen."

"We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel."

"We stayed in this property in June 2025 and it was a wonderful day. However, this year in June 2026 we were extremely disappointed in the hotel overall because of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping services. Upon arrival at 1:50 AM, we were given the keys to our suite and when we entered, the room was not clean. There was vomit and other body substances on the furniture and the room was not made for new guests. We were given another suite and at this point we were so tired we just crashed. The next day we noticed that the room had lots of dust and the sheets did not look clean. It was a disappointment to say the least we were ready to leave and get another room across the street but I could not get a refund on a prepaid room. We did not have one housekeeping service call during our entire five night six days stay. Each day I had to stop a Housekeeper in the hallway to get clean towels and give them dirty towels. Housekeeping never came to refill shampoo and soap in the dispenser. Breakfast was the same every day. There was not a variety of food after five mornings of eating the same food. It’s sickening. The front desk staff, however, made up for the other disappointments. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The positive things about this hotel, where the free parking location was great. It was close to restaurants and I-95. Needless to say, I will never come back to this hotel again."

"Very friendly. Excellent staff. Very clean. Had a little trouble with the door locks and the pool was shut down the first night. Other than that, excellent 👍"

"The room was clean and quite nice and that’s basically the only reason I’m rating it like this. The breakfast was good too, but it is extremely noisy with the doors slamming. There was a big door gap on our room that we put a towel under and between to try to help quiet the noise. I wouldn’t stay again just because of the paper thin floors and walls"
