There were stains on the bedspread, couch, and window shades. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. We did not use the pool. We will not stay there again. "

"Stopped in Redding for the night and this was the best hotel for our family of 4. We did a late check in and the property was safe, could only be accessed by a key or calling the front desk! "Staff was very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived but no one cleaned the room while we were staying there. The gym was not well equipped. Two treadmills were broken or had motor issues. There was no way to clean the machines or weights. No sanitation wipes or spray to clean any of the equipment you used. Pool was usable but clearly not maintained as the temperature was too cold to swim. "

The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. "
