"The room was nice and roomy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. My only complaints was there was no A/C or fan so it was hotter inside than outside, when we opened the windows it cooled off a good bit though. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. We stayed here just passing through but I’d love to come back and stay in one of the bigger cabins and explore the lake someday soon!"

"The Sequoia Suite was very nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with stand up shower and tub. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. One was thicker than the other and very dense. More pillow options would be helpful. We never saw a staff member or talked to anyone. There wasn't a place to check-in when we arrived. I was texted a code for getting into our room. Also, they advertise that breakfast is included with the room, but...

"ANTS!! There were ants everywhere including our bed. When we told housekeeping, they told us some of the other rooms were having the same issue. The blankets also smelled like mildew. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. They have a communal kitchen for an added fee. The somewhat of a silver lining is their cafe which was okay..a bit overpriced for what it was though. The staff in the restaurant were sweet. I unfortunately will not be returning."

"i did not like that when I would like to get a cup of coffee, there was never any clean coffee cups. Also, it was snowing while we were up there and nobody bothered to feed the fireplace in the lobby."

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the hills was beautiful, and we were impressed that there was virtually no noise from the road outside. The location was also very convenient for visiting Yosemite. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, despite how nice the room was, we were unable to get much rest. Our room...

"Even though their bridge was still out and the drive in was an adventure, the lodge was a nice change of pace. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All meals were included and amazing! They made sure to provide labeling and alternatives for people with food allergies. As a mom and grandma of boys with allergies, this was great to see.
We did not take advantage of the daily activities, as we explored the park, but were impressed by the offerings. If we returned to Sequoia...

"Top 5 best hotels I have ever stayed at. Clean room, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and well maintained grounds. Big enough to comfortably sleep my family of 4. Best breakfast ever and 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, how can you go wrong?! I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back again!"

"I have never staying at a Lodge where the staff was so friendly. Anything that we need was not an issue. They were very help with advice on touring Yosemite.
The room was older but the bath was very nice, seemed to have just been updated. Not too sure on the heat and A/C as knobs were missing on the unit. We didn't need either. I would stay there again, especially for the price we paid."
