"The property has no air conditioning but you can deposit for a fan if your lucky.The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be, but not too bad for the price"

"Large room. Good size bath. All very clean. Plenty of hot water. Shower gel etc very economy level. Handy for station. Buffet breakfast good drink choices. Really helpful staff went over and above when we lost something in the car park. Note. There is a parking charge (2 nights was £10). Many areas closed for refurbishment."

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...

"Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. "The room was relatively clean, the staff were really helpful, especially with guidance on how to access the hotel due to buss restrictions. The Tav didn't work but it wasn't a problem for the stay, but the staff tried to solve the issue but with no luck. Overall a pleasant stay."

"I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area.
