"The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things."

"It was a nice, clean room. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the unlimited access to tea and coffee, and the pool was clean. The only minor downside was that we were assigned a corner room situated closer to the street intersection; starting at 7:00 AM, emergency vehicles with sirens were constantly passing by. However, earplugs were provided in the room—a thoughtful touch that showed excellent care for the guests. Thank you!"

"I absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time to Boston and we went to the TD Garden literally right next-door. Everything down to the check-in and the amenities were great.
