The room was fantastic, clean, furniture and lighting in very nice condition. This room had a very large soaker tub, and it was divine. Well placed, huge! My only criticism would be that it filled quickly, nice hot water … but when I wanted to top up the hot water 20 or so minutes later, there was no more hot water. Luke warm water from the tap, so I wasn’t able to get a last real ‘warm up’ before getting out. The only other thing they might consider changing… in the hallway, they pipe music all night long and this absolutely had a negative effect on my sleep. It could be heard all night, not loud, but on all night. So whereas in the night you may stir and turn over without really waking up, this music just nudges you awake… and then, you’re awake and listening to this music… in the middle of the night… I’m not sure what the benefit to this music is, I can’t think of one. My sleep would have been far better without it. The bed itself is VERY comfortable. I’d consider staying again, but only with assurance music would not be wafting in from the hallway all night. Staff were excellent, overall a good stay.
