Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). "I've used this motel a few times, and it's good for the price and location, but this time I definitely didn't get the room I booked on Expedia. The room was shabby, bathroom even shabbier, and not cleaned well if the dried snot on the shower wall is anything to go by. Another downside was I was put upstairs, and there's no lift, so make sure to ask for a downstairs room if you have mobility issues like me. Also, the remote for the TV didn't work, and it wasn't the batteries."
