"Best family Hotel in Quebec province, it has all you need in the summer and in the winter. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzis outside on the rooftop next to the terrace bar and restaurant where you can see the sunset. They have a water park and mountain bike during summer and a ski mountain for winter. Their restaurant is a bit expensive but their other bar has snacks and drinks. Also their Spa is just amazing."

cependant le personnel à l’accueil très froid nullement souriant, - concernant les accommodements de l’endroit, c’est vraiment désolant de ne pas avoir l’ accès au spa pandant l’attente de notre chambre !
Il a aucun produit d’accommodement dans les salles de bain des chambres.

"Hôtel propre mais un peu défraîchi. Malgré ce qui est annoncé, il n’y a pas de réception 24h. En fait, il n’y a pas de réception du tout. si vous avez un problème dans la nuit, il faut appeler un numéro qui est une boite vocale et vous débrouiller jusqu’au lendemain midi. À noter, le gérant dort sur place à la chambre 106. Je l’ai découvert par hasard et ça m’aurait été très utile lorsque ma fille s’est embarrée en dehors de sa chambre en pleine nuit."
