"We have stayed at Shangri-La Dubai multiple times, and it continues to exceed our expectations with every visit. It has truly become our home away from home, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Dubai. The staff are simply exceptional. Every team member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. They went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday incredibly special, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself is immaculate, with every area maintained to the highest standard. Our room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. It’s this consistent level of outstanding service, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Returning to Shangri-La Dubai feels like coming home, and we look forward to creating many more wonderful memories here in the years to come. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough."

"Great location and creative, spacious rooms. However, the parking is a real issue. You have to valet your car and there is self park option. If you self park you have still get a valet guy to collect your car in the morning! This process results in long wait times at the weekends and evenings. It is an inefficient and a complete loss of independence. Other than that the hotel is good."

"This is hands down one of the best properties in Dubai.. and that's not an easy compliment to hand out, given that one is spoiled for choices. I've going there for 10+ years now, the consistency of the service, training of the staff, cleanliness is all above par. Location is of course fantastic, with easy access to Metro, numerous dining options etc. But, the Spa, the restaurants, the coffee shops are all great places to do business. I could go on, with numerous specific individuals, management team that have been there to make the magic happen, but suffice to say that it's a business, family friendly hotel and completely lives up to the Marriott Four Points standards."

"Best hotel I’ve ever been too with the most amazing service ever. They beat the Fairmont in Canada. I’ve never seen a perfect hotel like this in my life. Been to many countries but haven’t seen any hotel like the Fairmont Dubai. The best staff and most cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to. They even brought my son rental shoes for the gym as our luggage was delayed. The food is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your expectations they don’t turn down any of your requests."
