"The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. "

"This property was very nice and cozy, very few amenities, coffee and tea at front desk area however it was appreciated. Only draw back I had was the sheets were a little bit stained and there was only one trash bin in the room and non in the bathroom. I would rebook at this inn in the future, the attendant at the front desk was also very nice. "

"The rrooms were clean, shower was great. Hallways dark, parking lot not to much lighting. There is no breakfast just coffee."

"The property and room was clean but the Wi-Fi was spotty to the point that the programming was unwatchable because it would lag every minute. The walls were also very thin and could hear people talking all night."
