Very well lit in & out; Room doors are several inches thick, Super Heavy, & feel like they're made of solid steel. Nobody is kicking these doors in. Plus they have key lock & Heavy Latch on inside.
Staff Very helpful! Over the top! Im in wheelchair & ALL have Really Gone out of their way to help me in last 3+ months.
Unfortunately, every other day for the last 5 days, Corporate (Owners) have come down & systematically fired all but 4 of them! So we shall see where we are in the next weeks.
AND, Apparently, my Entire ACCOUNT HISTORY has been DELETED (Owner Error? Not his SW & antiquated equipment) as if I've never been here at all & Owner is beside himself!
He's Sending people to pound on my door every few hours. I have MS Symptoms & can't just jump up at a moment's notice & go thru online banking records to prove my right to be here.
But, I just go back to sleep h peacefully ignore issue, & staff person knows me h has probably skipped a few times & stood up for me.
But, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Many residents 1+ yrs; several 3+ yrs! Many of them have pets - mostly dogs of ALL Sizes (ankle-biters to Dobermans)."
