"This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to."

"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. "Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. We booked this trip very last minute to attend one of the World Cup games. I’m incredibly grateful the staff suggested we take the Boston express bus option as transport to the game. Many other options were suggested to me, but figuring out the best one was overwhelming since I’m not from the area and had a short window to research options. "I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay."
