"The main pool was empty….as in no water. The telephone didn’t work at all. Normally I wouldn’t care about a telephone but when your room is 1/4 mile from the front desk and you need to communicate issues with hotel staff that phone matters. Instead, I had to drive repeatedly over to the main office to get them to address concerns. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was extremely friendly and did their best to be accommodating, but some things were out of their control. You really couldn’t find a...
