"The property was beautiful and unique. I loved the high ceilings and the large rooms. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, hair covered the floor and the shower. When showering the “entire” bathroom floor is soaked. You must wear shower shoes to use the toilet after a shower. Towels were limited and no reception to accommodate those needs."

"The place was filthy. Our initial room didn't have the TV in the living you area as advertised and the tub was filthy with back dirt in the bottom of it. We were then moved to anther room upstairs where both TBA were there but the couches were so stained and dirty you did not want to sit. the tub was cleaner but the floor was uneven and even shook from downstairs movement. The bathroom tile was all cracked up and pieced together. The front staff was pleasant but the place was overall...

"If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving."

"The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it."

Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in.
