"This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening.
Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...

"Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!"

"The king size room was not the room showed on the site. Although the king size room was spacious the room was not inviting, had an odor from the AC unit, the bathroom had mold, sink was dirty and the floor was absolutely disgusting. My socks were black! After showering we used the thin crummy towels for floor mats. Pictures shown here. Only upside to this place was the staff."

"Room small but very functional, well decorated, bath modern, and very upscale.
First night the attendant was wonderful. That was on the 18th.
Next day, we had a leak at the shower because the molding on shower door was not working correctly, and the floor got wet. Staff was not really very responsive to that.
Had a wonderful area for eating at the restaurant with nice fire pits, very nice with an overview of the water. Nice porch to be able to sit and read in the morning or many people were...

"Pool definitely doesn't work and hasn't in 18 months according to the front desk attendant. They certainly didn't make you feel like it was an issue and not concerned it wasn't being advertised as unusable. Could be very good. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled horrible and you could not turn the fan on because of the smell. The room itself was very clean, sheets nice and bed made up well. AC worked good too. Probably would only stay again if there wasn't another choice, sadly....they...
