"Had a horrible experience. They gave us a room that smelled awful (cigarette smell). The door to the room would sometimes not lock at all and you can push the door open without the card key. The restroom was horrible as the tub looked like it may have had mold and stains. Water did not really get hot. You felt gross taking a shower and just being in the room. We stayed for four days and they did not clean, do the beds, or provide with fresh towels once. A lot of the things in the room were...

"There was a liquid soap dispenser that didn't work and it fell off the wall. It was hanging on a screw. There were two tiny bottles, one shampoo and one conditioner. There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it? There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests...

"Check in too forever. Then they gave my room to someone else because they didn’t look at first names only last names. Took 30 mins to figure that out. Blankets were terrible, thin pillows, my room was non smoking and smelt like straight up cigarettes. People up listening to music until 3am but around 2pm we got a “noise complaint” for the kids running on the grass area. We stayed here a year ago with no issues hence why we came back. "The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well"

"No like get in bathroom, no bedside light, toilet paper rack ripped off, shelf in shower stall ripped, vent hanging from ceiling in bathroom, hairdryer plug exposed wires and the whole place smelled like smoke, loud music and dogs barking. Just awful!"

"We arrived late to find out that not only was the room I booked two month prior not available at 1 am but the only room available was a double with no air conditioning that “needed to be cleaned still”. In addition.. the property was dirty, there was still food on the floor around the “breakfast area”. There were old documents and papers stacked and scattered everywhere behind the check in counter. The computer wasn’t working properly. The only thing decent about this place was the tired clerk...

"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in room #3 and it was very nice. The breakfast consisted of only a cranberry muffin and Keurig coffee. Most restaurants and businesses in and around the town are closed on Monday and Tuesday."

"Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...
