"Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay."

"the exterior looked great untill you stepped into the room. first off the kitchenette with full fridge is very nice. most just have the mini fridge.and that's just about all the positive i can say. the floor was dirty your socks looked like you had worn them for a year. then the kitchenette didn't have any utensils nothing the hood light. stopped working and just was not clean. then i noticed black dots on and in the bed, floor, walls etc. i was told they were bed bugs. it was an...

"Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!"

"For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."

"Breakfast was a tiny granola bar. The room was clean but very dated and needed many cosmetic repairs. Everything was functional but the mattress was hard and had a permanent dip in it. The front desk attendant came right away when we had problems using our room key (operator error), I wish I would have gotten her name to say thank you. We were attending a dog show and this hotel served our purpose well. Would not stay here for a family or relaxation trip but was perfect for what we needed. I...

"The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. "

"Very poorly maintained no smoke alarm furniture was damaged with jar missing from a chest and no phone to call staff with and when I called the online number they have listed. It just sent me into a loop and I never got a hold of anybody. They do not have security and there were very shady characters hanging out in the hallway and parking lot."
