Hotel dekat Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Theater

"Good"

"It’s a great play to stay. The price was really good for a comfortable large space for 4 people. It’s also great that Steamy Joes is right outside your door."

"Shower door leaked"

"Shower heads were mounted at the height of my chest. Had to basically kneel to was ur hair. Front counter staff was clueless about the area, no help there."

"No time "

"The room is great, has a mini stove to cook on and a full size kitchen sink. Host has provided a vast variety of kitchen necessities. Also had extra towels, pillows and blanket available. Table for eating at is adequately sized for 4 people."

"Best hotel and very clean words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay."

"This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!"

"Room was clean and floors were lvp and nice. I like it over carpet . Had our room ready early which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was good, not great; but it had eggs biscuits and gravy, and sausages. We will be staying there again ."

"Wish the breakfast was bigger more variety."

"Room was just ok, the air conditioning did not work and the room didn't have any washcloths. No one to call about issues."

"It was perfect size for our family!"

"Tool smelled, no hot water, they came to clean my room and only did the trash no bed making or new towels wouldn’t stay again"

"A lot of cosmetic misses when trying to upgrade. Hole in tub corners and crevices not cleaned. Bed was clean surprisingly."

"Check in was fast and easy. Desk manager was friendly enough. We checked in and noticed the bathtub and sink were both extremely rusty.... dirty looking, but possibly clean? The tub was that ugly brown on the bottom were many feet had stood and bits of hair was sticking wall and floor. Kind of clean, but not great! It was later in the evening so just to be safe, I took lysol wipes to everything! The next morning i went to shower, when i pulled the shower curtain, a bloody washcloth fell down......

"This property was clean, quiet and had nice view of the wooded area from the balcony."
