"We enjoyed our time here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Staff was very friendly. Didnt realize they only have Valet parking at a cost of $55/night and the pools were too small and over crowded for the size of the resort. "

"It was under construction (a surprise) ,and the power was out until 7pm. After we checked in, the key didn't work, so we got another one. Then, the toilet was not connected in the tank , so we had to have it fixed. It was reconnected only to stop working again. It needed a new flapper, so it never fully worked. Lastly, the noise from the top floor kept us awake throughout the night. "

"I’m very disappointed with my current stay. The waterpark is partially under construction, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. In addition, there was no hot tub and the water in the other areas wasn’t warm enough to enjoy."
