"The ceiling fans were filled with dust and the beds weren’t made and a bit uncomfortable "

"We arrived after office hours and I couldn’t find the after hours number. Not a problem for these guys. I double checked the office door which rattled a bit when I tried to open it. This roused the manager who came out and had been waiting for us by name. How nice for a personal touch? They had left the room open with the key inside and kept an eye on it until we arrived."

"Andrew and Lee were wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and private. The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious: we got to have homemade granola, fruit from the property and local honey. Thank you very much again! "

"There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper. "Nice place to stay. There is no staff on site so if you have questions or problems you may not get a prompt response. The pool is so cold, us Canadians would not even swim in it. "

"Sorry but the room we had had a strong urine smell in it (room 40) it wasn’t a pleasant stay after a 6 hour drive .I did advise the property manager so it will be up to them if they fix it"

"The stairs were hard for us older visitor's The room was not as clean as I expected The reception was difficult to find and gps had conflicting address Pool was lovely and refreshing. Wouldnt stay again as stairs from car park was difficult"
