"The hotel is very nice, those of 4 stars, except for the size of the rooms, very very very small, full of amenities and stuffs for confort of guests, soft pillow and mattress, all necesary for toot cleaning, shaving, brush, hairdryer, coffee, weather, fridge, absolutely all necesary things, but tiny room. My stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Very pleasant greeting when we arrived. We told the front desk clerk that we would like to store our luggage in the morning as our flight wasn’t until later in the day and she just extended our check out time so we could stay in our room until we had to leave. Breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices. "

"Great hotel near the airport. Large rooms and a restaurants downstairs. Comfortable and clean laundry room with plenty of room and vending machine. The shuttle bus to the airport and Aeon mall in town was a plus. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would have given them a perfect score but the check in experience wasn’t good. Long wait and even though my room was ready I had to wait until 3pm check or had to pay a large fee for early check in. Decided to wait and got stuck behind 2 buses worth of Chinese tourists. Convenience store in the lobby had all the essentials and well priced. Highly recommended if you need to stay near the Narita airport."

"A nice and clean hotel for a short stay at Narita. We loved the shuttle bus to the station and Aeon mall. Staff is supper nice and helpful! "

"Very close to the airport. There is a convenience store inside that is 24 hours. Also the complimentary breakfast is good too! We were even able to extend checkout for a small fee which was very reasonable. The free shuttle to the airport was so much help!"
