"A great location for Shibuya area and taking the metro for other places. The hotel is a bit outdated but has great service and some charm. It was perfect for our short trip as we spent most time walking the city."

"This hotel is close to Shinjuku bars and restaurants, well connected to Shinjuku station, and lots of nice restaurants are on the hotel site and close by. We also enjoyed Restaurant Parks on levels 12, 13, and 14 in the Hands Dept store only a short walk away. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. We took a taxi from Haneda Airport to the hotel for AU$106.00, which we thought was great value. It was also easy to reach key tourist attractions from this hotel."
