"Great place to stay, will definitely come back and stay"

"Highly recommended for solo travelers and anyone looking to connect with fellow backpackers in skardu . Evenings spent sharing chai and stories with other travelers were some of my best memories here. I’ve stayed in hostels across Europe Asia ,  I had an amazing long-term stay at this old hotel skardu The hosts and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips for exploring the city and nearby spots. is also the center of the city."

"Very clean, comfortable and well kept. Rooms and food were very good."

"We had an amazing honeymoon stay at Mountain Resort Skardu Hotel from April 11 to 16. Everything about our 5-day experience was good. If you are planning to visit skardu city for just two or three days, I would recommend this resort. For one thing, the hotel balcony offers a view of the entire skardu city —it is truly beautiful. If you are interested in day trekking, there are opportunities for that in the surrounding area as well. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the...

"This hotel was amazing and had a fully functional high quality restaurant. The views of surrounding snow capped mountains were amazing. The only problem was that the entire Skardu town had wifi problems and electricity shortages. Hotel had generators to cope with the situation. The hotel said that local government is trying to solve it. The only workable sim card for phone was S-com but even that was on and off depending on the terrain. So be wary of that. Of course it was not hotels fault....

"Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to have a restaurant on site and their menu provided a variety of options"

"Property is not bad but management and service staff does not understand what is customer service? I planned 10 days trip but get sick due to non working of DC converter in the room, so cancel my trip half way and returned home. The airport is at one end and hotel on the other. There is no complimentary shuttle service. The mattresses were with out covers. The restaurant staff was provided in evaluation how to and what cutlery should be placed on table but without making any change, I was asked...

"A nice hotel. But considering the run-down room, facilities, and amenities, it might be slightly overpriced. The room is clean but a bit small. The location on the map (shown in not Expedia) is wrong. We thought this hotel is relatively close to the center of Skardu, but actually it is rather close to the airport. Public transportation is not easily available between the hotel and the city center. So the only way is a hotel car (1500Rs round trip). Staff is polite and friendly. Blackout...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Skardu. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Meher, who was incredibly patient and helpful with my English. She also kindly assisted me with copying my passport, and the service was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this place!"
