"Longest stay of our trip. Room are self managed- they have a small kitchenette- good mattress but also modes in the bathroom for drying clothes and etc Washing machine not the best. The detergent is not strong enough and tumble dry same. I would recommend go to the 24/ laundromat down the road- 15 mins away"

"The location is perfect for walking and bus access anywhere oin Kyoto. The street is quiet, beautifully paved, with a canal and trees on one side, and the beautiful river walks on the other. It was the prettiest neighborhood we saw in Kyoto and we traveled all over! Kitchen is well equipped and staff highly responsive to whatever is needed, The rooms are large and quiet, the beds amazing, and super helpful desk staff 12 hrs per day. "This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!"
