"【客室について】 古さは感じられますが、概ね良好でした。広い和室で、小さい子どもも機嫌良く過ごすことができました。 【温泉・入浴施設】 数種類の温泉があり、とても気持ちが良かったです。ただし、21時で終了してしまうのが残念でした。 （21時以降も宿泊者用のお風呂があるようですが、大浴場ではないため利用しませんでした） 基本的に日帰り温泉客に焦点を当てた運営をされている印象を受けました。 【接客対応】 対応してくださったスタッフの方は、とても気さく で親しみやすい方でした。お友達のような距離感での対応で、悪くはないのですが、ホテルの接客としては少し違和感がありました。嫌いではないのですが… ..."
