"The only good thing about the property is that it was cheap, but the room came with lots of problems. And no particular order: 1. There were cockroaches. 2. There was not a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom. 3. The hot and cold water are reversed from the direction shown in the shower. 4. The cable connections are pulled out of the wall and have open circuits. 5. The television has poltergeist and turned itself on randomly at 3:30 in the morning, and I had to pull the plug to get it to shut off because the remote control did not work. I never did get back to sleep. 6. The toilet paper in the bathroom only had a half of a roll and no extra."

"Not a great place"

"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."

"Great experience"

"Our electricity went out one night, so did the generator. It was a big storm. The staff was very nice. They need more front desk help. Housekeeping was wonderful. They clean beautifully. The room was big. I could live there."
