"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. "the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"Check in process was a little unique but had no issues and they even helped changed the number of guests day of check in. Is a good sized room for larger groups if you want to stay in the same room and was a decent location (a couple of minutes away from a train station). 2 toilets and a shower area were a nice bonus."
