The location is also incredibly convenient - it is a short ride to Ginza and Marunouchi, and has many connecting train lines at the station that make commuting to other parts of the city very easy. "部屋は清潔で、良かった。朝食もとても美味しくて、子供も喜んでいた。 ただ１つだけ、初めての宿泊で分からない点があった時にスタッフさんに聞いたら、朝のチェックアウト時間と荷物預かりの時間が重なって忙しかったからか、少し対応が悪く感じた。 荷物預けやチェックインの時も対応が良かっただけに最後残念でしたが、施設も綺麗で利便性もよく、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました"

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Not the best hotel for the price. Check in experience was bad and so was the check out. Had to plead for help with the luggage transfers to and from the room. Was made to pay 1500 Yen as disposal fee for an empty suitcase which we could not bring with us. Location is far from the happening places. You have to pay for basic amenities like Gym and Pool. ONESEN was a good feature and the views are nice."
