This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good, rooms are big if somewhat dated. TCAT is steps away (and I believe connected on the second floor?), allowing very easy transit from Narita airport by limo bus. Suitengumae Metro station entrance is even closer.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. There are a few restaurants nearby and a couple of 24 convenient stores across the street. Rooms are dated but super clean. Overall, I would highly is this hotel especially for first time visitors.

The Perfect Tokyo Abode

We absolutely loved this hotel! Great accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. If you decide to stay here I would highly recommend upgrading to a room on the executive floor. The breakfasts in the executive dining area were our favorite part of starting each day.

Staff was excellent. The room was clean and serviced spotlessly. The only slight negatives were the corridor carpets need to be cleaned; the bathroom is dated; some services like the fitness centre were add-on expenses.
