"we had a room with a balcony. it was super clean. one of the housekeeping ladies was in the hallway when we arrived and was so sweet. southern hospitality at its finest. hotel was in a great location. we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. we were in town for our family reunion. we loved everything about biloxi. it was our first experience and we will be back for sure. i definitely recommend best western oak manor. i had an issue with our tv being frozen on one screen. i called the front desk and she gave me some troubleshooting tips. we were able to get it fixed pretty quick. the lady at the front desk was willing to send the security guard to help fix it if needed. oh yeah, theres a security guard on staff all the time. so you feel super safe. the pool was good size and very clean. the staff seemed to stay on top of the cleanliness as i overheard them several times get on their walkies and tell someone to go change trash bags etc. 5⭐ from us!"
